It is safe to say that Jose Villasenor has always loved the building trades industry. He was introduced to the trades in high school and from that point on dedicated himself to learning everything he could and worked his way up the ladder to start his own business, Force Mechanical Services, LLC.

Jose has been in the HVAC industry since 2006. During his tenure as an HVAC technician/ installer he also learned how to service plumbing. In 2014 he decided to pursue the saleside of HVAC and became a sales rep for a local distributor in northern Virginia.

It was there he was introduced to M.E.P. drawings and he expanded his knowledge helping to design projects and learning from project managers and their design team. He worked on a variety of projects and became very familiar with drawings and building plans and this level of knowledge inspired him to start his own contracting company with his business partner. Force Mechanical Services, LLC was established in 2019.

Today, Jose is President and co-owner of Force Mechanical Services, of one of the most successful contracting companies in Richmond, VA. He negotiates all the proposals, keeps the projects on budget and on track and provides his years of expertise with the design work.

Jose is well versed in the trades and understands the nuances of the construction business and approaches every new challenge with an open mind and the energy to succeed. No project is too large or too small.
